Ryan Longmore, DO, FACC is board certified in cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT and cardiac MRI. He always wanted his career to be one where he could focus on alleviating the pain and suffering of others.
He first became interested in cardiology during his first year in medical school when he held a heart in his heads for the first time. Fascinated by the heart’s complex anatomy, Ryan quickly became interested in the cardiovascular system and the evolving field of cardiac imaging. He enjoys being able to use state-of-the-art technology to diagnose and treat cardiac patients.
Ryan had the opportunity to spend two years in advanced cardiovascular imaging fellowship at Harvard’s Bringham and Women’s Hospital in Boston studying under some of the great minds in cardiac imaging. He uses his training to better serve heart patients in our community.
When he’s not practicing medicine, Ryan loves playing and watching sports of all kinds, biking, skiing and spending time with his two girls. He also enjoys singing – even if it’s only in the shower.
